One of the biggest disadvantages with with the Weight Watchers point system is that they don’t show you how to eat in a way that will benefit you in the long term and that’s precisely why most dieters, no matter how much weight they lost in the beginning almost always return to their original weight.
With this newly discovered “eating and food” plan, this doesn’t appear to be the case
This doesn’t involve weekly meetings, you can use the Weight Watchers point system but not necessary, plus it is both far more realistic and vastly cheaper.
